Our Sleep Caps use natural ingredients like Passion flower, Valerian root, and Lemon Balm, and L-Theanine which have been used for centuries as sleep aids. This bottle contains 60 capsules.I personally like to take 2 of these about 45 mins before I want to go to sleep. They give me that eyes heavy feeling and super deep sleep but I don't wake up feeling groggy. These Sleep Caps are formulated without melatonin.
