2019 "Winter's Edge" Red Blend

Some folks probably thought we were off our rockers when we waited until after the first frost to harvest grapes for this unique, old-vine field blend. Well, fortune favors the bold as they say—make that flavors the bold. Because our aptly named Winter’s Edge boasts cascades of bright and juicy red-fruit flavors and lively acidity, framed by a subtle kiss of toasty spice from time in French oak barrels. If you're lucky enough to get your hands on a bottle or two (only ~200 or so cases were made!) we suggest pouring a goblet and enjoying it by a fire pit on a chilly night; it's a real soul warmer.
