Confiture Towel

The name Confiture is derived from the term ‘canning’ in French, giving a hint to one of its many uses.  This open weave fabric can be used to press berries or strain cheese.  Stains do not find a home on this open weave, keeping it looking clean and fresh.  Designed to soften after one cycle in the washer and dryer, the texture of linen makes for a wonderful sparkle when drying glassware and no lint is left behind to spoil a good glass of wine.  The generous size is useful for drying large items like stock pots and dutch ovens with ease and speed.
