Stunning French Impressionist Original Oil Painting by Artist Isabelle De Ganay, (Rouen School, b. 1960)   This beautiful, highly collectible and valuable oil on canvas, is a lovely water seascape with a multitude of colors and extensive impressionist brushstrokes.
