Succulents, Rabbit, Original Painting

Title: Succulents Series: Rain Paintings  Mixed media painting on paper Painting: 5 x 7 inches There is no getting over the fluffiness of this bunny. The hot pink in this is also bright enough that it doesn't quite come through on a screen. There's a visual pun here that is deeply rooted in my childhood. The painting is called Succulents, and it's plural on purpose. I thank Bunnicula for inspiring this. My Rain Paintings are a series I started in 2025. I started out with a single massive piece of watercolor, took it out into a rainstorm, and proceeded to use watercolors, non-toxic fabric paints, and the like, to create these works. After two separate rainstorm sessions, I cut the dried paper down to 8x10 and 5x7 inch rectangles and continued to paint and draw on them with all manner of materials in my studio.
