Raw edge applique - Jane

Jane is not plain!Get creative with applique! She is so much fun to stitch! So many choices when it comes to fabrics for her wonderful headdress. Great as a pillow or framed.I use heat bond for her face fabric to reduce puckering. (If you order the fabric package from me the heat bond will be on the face fabric.)A note about applique - My machine stops after the initial run for the applique. Yours may not. The applique portion of the design will include a 1 run placement line. At that point stop your machine and place the fabric. There will then be a 2 run line to hold the fabric in place. Then of course, trim the fabric before continuing. The face, headdress and bodice are all applique.
