Very concentrated: use ½ teaspoon per serving, eventually dilute with regular butter. The product is unique for its uniformity: truffle and butter are well balanced and well blended. Excellent on toasted bread, in canapé and blinis, with pasta dishes, risotto, meat fillets, eggs, omelettes and vegetables. Can be stored out of the fridge until opening.
