This makes it perfect for certain cooking tasks that require cooking ingredients in a liquid, such as shallow frying and braising, but this pan is also capable of much more. Plus, all of our pans are oven safe. Need to pop a dish in the oven after cooking it on the stovetop? No problem, this sauté pan can do both.
