Increase NEAT: Boost your Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) by walking just 10 minutes a day. Work Out 14 Times: Attend classes at Sasquatch Strength 14 times over the month (that's roughly 3 times a week) - if you're not a member, the challenge price includes a one month gym member
