Traditionally snack sets feature matching plates and cups to hold appetizers and drinks for serving guests at all different kinds of gatherings such as weddings, baby showers, bunco, meetings and garden parties. This particular 8-piece snack set by Federal Glass was inspired by American Colonial-era designs. The Yorktown pattern features wide oval "thumbprints" or bubble-shaped indentations in the glass. For a bit of extra flair, the plates in this set have scalloped edges, and the cups have pedestal bases. The cups are stamped on the bottom with Federal's "F" crest logo. and the measurements are: Cups 2 1/2"H x 4" from edge to handle and 3" diameter
