Lemon maxi dress. This is a great dress to throw on and go! Puff sleeves. Tiered ruffles. Has buttons on the 1/4 down with the collar.  Emily is wearing a size small, it does run true to size. Measurements: Emily is 5'4, size small in tops, S rompers, a 3/26 in jeans, size 2/4, & her bust: 36DD cup General size chart: 0-2 small, 4-6 medium, 8-10 large, 12-14 extra large.
