Fabrizio House Plan
For Mediterranean house plans on the slightly larger side, the Fabrizio makes for a great collection of evenly sized rooms for all purposes. The focal point of the floor plan, the great room, is situated at the middle of the plan. The solana and dining room are open at the north and east sides through the sliding glass doors. The study in the south end is a great place for an extra sleeping area if the spacious master suite and bedroom in the west wing aren't enough. The foyer of the Fabrizio plan leads to the study on the right through french doors. Ahead is the great room that leads out to the solana through retreating glass walls. To the right of the great room is the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has a large center island which provides ample counter prep space. There is a hall leading from the kitchen to the utility room. It is a large room that accommodates not only the washer and dryer, but also a wash tub and folding table.
