Rowan House Plan

The Rowan is a recreation of our popular Modena house plan. The client needed to reduce the width and depth to fit their lot and wanted different elevation options. Thus the Rowan was birthed. The Rowan floor plan packs a lot in its small footprint - just under 2000 living square feet! Its exterior is understated and elegant. The tall entry welcomes guests with a luxurious feel. Inside, the home’s foyer leads directly to the great room. As soon as you walk in you can see straight past the veranda to rear views. The heart of the Rowan home plan is the great room. It is complete with a built-in entertainment center and sliding glass doors. Right off the great room is the dining area and kitchen. The dining room also offers a sliding glass door to the veranda. The kitchen is complete with a center island and pantry. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room and access to the garage. Off of the great room, near the foyer, is a guest bedroom.
