Shipping company verified your package is damaged and they damaged it.  SatinSays is not liable for- refusal of shipment noted by shipping company. SatinSays is also not liable for stolen packages, if an order says delivered, we do not handle criminal cases, please speak with your police department regarding stolen packages.
