This high quality White Kampot Pepper develops its unique taste as it comes from red peppercorns. Soaked in water for one night, the outer coat is then removed and sun-dried. Its intense, spicy taste conveys hints of fresh herbs and lemon. Grind it on top of your fish - grilled or steamed - or seafood. Also used in puree or white sauces as it will not change the colours of the dish. Ingredients: 100% White Kampot Pepper (Piper Nigrum).
