SDC x Baptism River BBQ Pork Collab Dumpling

🔥 Northwoods Smoked Pork Collab Dumplings 🔥 All the way from Silver Bay, MN, Baptism River BBQ purveyors Dan and Kaylee Cahill Mathews were nice enough to part with some of their smoked pork shoulder for this very limited Northwoods Smoked Pork collaboration dumpling. We mixed in some scallion to the smoked pork shoulder and wrapped it into this week's meaty collab dumpling. The dumplings also come with an incredible maple vinegar bbq sauce. It's tangy, it's got a little kick, and adds so much extra dimension to this dumpling, we're in love.  Baptism has packed up their smoker in storage, so it won't be next year until these dumpling come back around.
