Thanksgiving Special Dumpling

Thanksgiving is far and away our favorite holiday, especially because of all the leftovers the day after. We took all those familiar flavors, and made it into a pack of dumplings that might just have to make the Thanksgiving table this year. This dumpling filling starts with oven roasted turkey that's pulled, shredded, and mixed with a house-made gravy that uses a blonde roux, lots of fresh herbs, and our own Golden Chicken Stock. Next, we make Ina Garten's famous (at least famous in our house) Herb and Italian Sausage stuffing, and fold that into the pulled turkey to make the most amazing and moist filling that tastes exactly like Thanksgiving dinner.  To pair with the dumpling, we're making a cranberry and orange reduction. Fresh cranberries, orange juice, and orange zest get boiled and reduced until it's sticky and sweet - the perfect side dipper.  1 pack (12 frozen dumplings)each pack includes one 2oz. sauce cup
