Thai Chicken Pizza on Pita's This is a similar recipe to CPK's Thai chicken pizza from one of my favorite bloggers. Chopped chicken with a peanut sauce, carrots, cilantro, mozzarella cheese, all on a pita and drizzled with a coconut cream sauce. The recipe calls for bean sprouts - you can buy them if you like! I think they would be yummy, but they do not pack well because you have to use them within a few days! GF (except the Pita)
