Thai Noodle Stir Fry I first had this dish at Noodle and Company many years ago and it sounded so good this week. A chicken stir fry with red peppers, julienned carrots, broccoli, and zucchini tossed with a sweet and a touch of spice coconut based sauce, yellow curry, and a dash of sweet chili sauce. Served with rice noodles, topped with green onions, sesame seeds and a sprinkle of lime juice. GF
