Witches Cauldron Soup

Our once a year,  hauntingly delicious Thai-inspired soup for the spookiest night of the year! Made with a paste of roasted coriander, cumin seeds, fiery serranos, fresh ginger, and lemongrass. We then combine this flavorful paste with spinach, cilantro, and coconut milk creating an enchanting green base. We’ve summoned the combination of tender chicken thighs, chicken breasts, and crisp zucchini to complete the cauldron of goodness. It’s served over Halloween rice- a blend of black and white rice.
