Antica Fratta Essence Rose Franciacorta 2015, Lombardy

Intense, small red berries with aromas of candy. On the palate a good balanced structure, fragrant, intense, excellent persistence and a pleasant body. Grown in vines of calcareous-clayey soil. 60 % pinot noir, 40 % chardonnay. Recommended for the whole meal, especially with entrées, flavorsome meat and fish dishes. Ideal with salami and cheese, but also sushi.
