Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Inky, dark, intensely fruity but not jammy, a good medium ground between typical Californian Syrah and the Northern Rhône styles. Shows beautiful, authentic, farmed Syrah aromatics of spice, olive and rose petal. Light-medium bodied, medium-high acidity, medium tannins. Blackberry, plum, strawberry, light black pepper and leather backed by crunchy red fruits with plenty of acid backbone to keep the wine fresh and alive.
