It's a liter of organic screw cap vino you plunk down on a park picnic table and enjoy with a feast of pizza, falafel, banh mi, deli, burgers, or burritos. Almost anything goes with it. Serve Atilia chilled if possible. Flavor Profile: Medium-bodied, dry. Deep color and a nose of ripe berries. The palate shows black fruit and dark cherry. Plenty of acidity, soft tannins, and a touch of licorice and bitter herb on the finish.
