Another Kermit import, (like Bara.) They are in Vertus, so mostly chardonnay (80%) but they do grow a little bit of tasty pinot noir in that village. This is very classic cotes des blancs stuff, precise, focused, chalky chardonnay. Dosage: Brut, 6 grams per liter, grape sugar syrup. Corking: Mytik Diamant, guaranteed without any cork taste.
