Champagne Sadi Malot Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature N.V., France

This pure Chardonnay is crafted from a parcel of old vines in Villers-Marmery Premier Cru, and blended with approximately 20% of reserve wines from a solera started in 2010. Vinified and aged in wood with malolactic fermentation before aging on fine lees for a minimum of 5 years, this wine offers a vibrant nose of green apples, white peaches, fresh almonds, chalky soil and baked brioche. Bright, focused, structured and elegant on the palate with a mineral driven and complex finish.
