Château La Fleur de Boüard Chardonnay Vin de Pays de l’Atlantique 2021, Bordeaux France

Château La Fleur de Boüard is a passion project of winemaker, Guy Boüard and Hubert de Boüard, the co-owner of the famous Château Angelus. The estate is in the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation, near Château Pétrus. De Boüard bought 25 hectares in 1998 and the pair have since expanded their holdings and grown their winery’s name into a respected Bordeaux producer.  The gentle oak influence on the chardonnay brings a roundness and balance to the racy, bright acid and notes of braised and spiced yellow apple.
