Gehricke Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, Knights Valley

This Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has fragrant aromas of dark fruits layered with harmonious hints of milk chocolate and cedar. With a smooth palate and polished tannins, the fresh flavors of ripe blackberry, dark cherry and plum are well-integrated with complimentary notes of wild sage, licorice, and pepper. The result is a wine which gets more elegant with more time in the glass.  Blend: 94% Cabernet Sauvignon,6% Petite Sirah.
