Inspired by the constellation Orion whose brightest star is the red giant called Betelgeuse, one thousand times larger than our sun.  A full bodied Bordeaux-style blend with layers of black fruit and rounded off with truffles. A combination of new and second fill French barrels were used to mature the wine for 3 years to strengthen the structure and balance the tannin, fruit and acidity into a well-integrated wine.  49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 18% Malbec and 8% Cabernet Franc.
