Haas TM-1 & TM-2 Fixture Tooling Plate

Fixture & tooling plate for Haas TM-1 and TM-2 CNC machines (including -P models). Measurements: 40" x 16" x 0.95" Plate mounts to table with 8 low profile SHCS. Mounting screws and t-nuts are available as a separate option. Plate has 756 fixture holes that are spaced 1.25" on-center. Each fixture hole is tapped 1/2-13 UNC and bored for 0.500" pin. Available in 4140 steel or anodized 7075 aluminum. Click here to see the benefits of each. Note: due to varying table & column clearances between TM-series generations, this fixture plate sits flush with the back edge of the table. On some machines the travel extends beyond this back edge, meaning that (like the stock table) there is no extra workholding surface area outside of the work envelope at Y+.
