SMW Fixture Pallet for your 1/2" Saunders Machine Works Fixture Plate! Made with our standard 1/2" precision-bored and threaded fixturing pattern on 1.25" centers. Pallets are 1.2" thick. Pallet are made from 6061 Aluminum. SMW Diamond Fixturing Pins - QTY2 required for locating pallet SMW Pallet Mounting Hardware Kit - required for mounting pallet to fixture plate Repeatability: <=0.0014" [0.036mm] when used with an SMW fixture plate and our fixturing pins. Additional items pictured but not included. Product may cosmetically differ slightly from photos shown.  Note: Pallets contain three precision reamed bores and a single 'diamond' bore. This bore has relieved edges, maintaining the rotational position accuracy while making the pallet easier to remove (so long as two pins are used).
