SYIL V5 Fixture Tooling Plate

Fixture & tooling plate for SYIL V5 CNC machines. Plate is also compatible with older X5 machines having a ~3.38" [85.9mm] spacing between outermost t-slots. Measurements: 18" x 9". Steel plates are 0.85" thick, aluminum plates are 0.95" thick.  Plate mounts to table with 6 low profile SHCS. Mounting screws and t-nuts are available as a separate option, available here. Please verify the t-slot size on your machine, as it may vary across generations. Plate has 172 fixture holes that are spaced 1.25" on-center. Each fixture hole is tapped 1/2-13 UNC and bored for 0.500" pin. Available in 4140 steel, anodized 7075 aluminum, or 6061 aluminum. Click here to see the benefits of each.
