Smudge Kit

The smudge kit includes: Sage Bundle, Palo Santo Stick, and Black Tourmaline. Sage is commonly used to purify the air, clear negative energy, aid in meditation, and empower spiritual tools. Blue Sage is primarily used to cleanse and protect and is less pungent than White Sage, which makes it a better choice for smaller spaces. Its soothing scent and "cool" nature make it very helpful in rituals dedicated to healing and abundance. Because Blue Sage is more relaxing and less overpowering, it is a good choice for cleansing and preparing meditation spaces. Palo Santo means "Holy Wood" and is used in cleansing and purifying rituals in much the same way as White Sage Smudge. It is a wonderful, deeply aromatic wood which has been used by the Incas and people of the Andes for many centuries. Its purpose is to purify and cleanse, to get rid of evil spirits and influences and its smoke is believed by many to have healing and therapeutic powers.
