This is the best live food that I have ever kept! They don't smell they don't make noise! The key is to keep them dry with good ventilation. We use oats as substrate unsalted rosted peanuts for food and add sweet potato every once and awhile for water. You feed only the larva they have the most nutritional value! The larva provides about 55% crude protein, 18% crude fat, 3% ash, and 24% carbohydrates
