Denise is a former CUNY professor and Chair of the Department of Nursing. She has also served as Assistant Vice President of Perioperative Services at two New York City hospitals. This tour is perfect for healthcare professionals, history buffs, genealogists, legal scholars, or anyone curious about history, immigration, public health, and the medical care provided at Ellis Island in the early 20th century.
