Artisan Cave-Aged OLD GERMAN WEISSA KASE Old German Weissa Kase is a raw, cow milk, semi-soft, washed curd cheese with a smooth texture and a buttery, creamy taste. A true all-natural, artisanal cheese, Old German Weissa Kase in Pennsylvania Dutch translates to “white cheese” and is the typical household cheese of local Amish families. This farmstead, hand-made cheese is produced from a traditional German-Swiss recipe which gives it a long, silky finish. Old German Weissa Kase is an incredibly versatile cheese that is great on sandwiches yet is also a hit as a snack cheese on crackers and can still serve well on a cheese plate. This cheese is perfect whenever a soft buttery taste is required with a creamy-smooth texture.
