This sauce is made with a blend of fresh sweet corn, savory spices, and Chile de Arbol and Ghost peppers for a hot heat level. Season 15 JALA PEPA is a mild award winning sauce, featured on the HotOnes show! It was created as homage to a Peruvian dish called “Seco”, made with fresh cilantro, jalapenos and chili peppers simmered until this creamy mild green sauce is born.
