3.5” pot, Scutellaria lateriflora Skullcap is one of the most versatile nervines and is useful for all nervous system disorders, including headaches, nerve tremors, stress, menstrual tension, insomnia and nervous exhaustion. Skullcap soothes the irritability of the nervous system and calms the overly excited mind. While a member of the mint family, skullcap does not spread quickly.
