This model has a small seam the runs around the inside of the channel about an inch in from the entrance (see last photo in set). We try to clean it up, but it's a tough spot to get to. This seam is visible in every Gelle, but should not be felt in use. Additionally, due to the way these toys are made it's possible for the channel to be offset a little. The entrance is always in the same spot but sometimes the channel may lean to one side. These two issue
