I debated sketching it when a small dog, sniffing around, came up the sidewalk, which livened the scene somewhat. Next, two tenants, arms about each other, stepped outside. Now I had a painting possibility! I especially admired the man's cowboy boots and sweeping sideburns. Signed and numbered by the artist
