The Pressure Equalizing Addition Funnel, commonly employed in closed-system experiments, is primarily connected to a reaction vessel for solution dispensing. This setup enables air isolation, prevents solvent evaporation, and accelerates the experimental process while slowly dripping reagent into the flask. The cylindrical-style addition funnel is graduated, featuring a standard taper top outer (female) joint and a lower inner (male) joint of the same size. It also includes a pressure equalizing arm. Drip tips extend below the standard taper joint to ensure delivery. Choose between PTFE and glass stopcock. Funnels with capacities ranging from 10 to 250 mL feature a 2 mm stopcock, while funnels with a capacity of 500 mL or more are fitted with a 4 mm stopcock. See SC152F for PTFE stopcock replacement parts. See SC1102G for glass stopcock replacement parts. See SP19GH for glass stopper and SP19F for PTFE stopper (sold separately).
