T-shaped vacuum or gas inlet adapter with two side hose connections that are opposite each other (180 degrees apart), and a male joint. This adapter allows a flow of inert gas over the apparatus. Often, it connects with an oil bubbler at one end. The 14/20 and 19/22 joints are designed for use with an 8 mm (O.D.) hose connection. The 24/40 and 29/42 joints are designed for use with a 10 mm (O.D.) hose connection. Made of borosilicate glass for its excellent chemical durability and mechanical strength.
