Why our textbooks are for you Our school books have been carefully chosen for their appeal to students who can read at or above a 6th grade level. We have six books in this eries.  The written material in each chapter does not overwhelm students like larger textbooks that cover multiple topics in each chapter. You will like these books because they are teacher and student friendly books with fascinating information about our planet. Students can complete a book in six weeks when they complete three chapters each week. Each chapter should take approximately 1 hour to complete. A semester of Earth Science requires three books to be completed in approximately eighteen weeks. A year’s course of Earth Science requires all six books to be finished.
