After moving from New York to the San Fernando Valley, Chef Antonia grew up making our classic Fluffernutter at a friends house when she was little. It is a staple on all of her dessert menus and is currently the ONLY item that is offered at all three of her LA restaurants today! Kit Includes: • 8 slices of brioche bread • 2 whole bananas • 10 oz peanut butter • 13 oz marshmallow fluff • 4 oz panko bread crumbs • 1 cup flour • 2 tbsps maldon salt • Deep Fry Thermometer Full List of Ingredients: brioche bread (flour, yeast, milk, sugar, kosher salt, butter, egg), bananas, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, panko bread crumbs, flour, salt, eggs, oil.
