This part is used with the 38" windmill head having 12 fan blades. Attaches to the top of the 11' windmill stand. Round bar has 3/4" diameter and is 21" long. Flat metal is 1-1/4" wide and 8" long. Weight is 2 lbs 14 oz. Distance from shaft to fan is 8". Note: This item is included with the purchase of the windmill head. It is not included with the purchase of the windmill stand only.
