This vest is made so you don't have to wear a shirt (or even a bra) under it if you don't want to. Its cute, casual, and lined. Chambray is cotton, light but sturdy. All of our fabrics are upcycled deadstock. Dry-clean only if you want it to remain the same. You can wash it, and lay flat to dry, but the texture might change a bit.
