Wilflex Epic Matte Black Plastisol Ink

Wilflex™ Epic Matte Black is a specially formulated non-phthalate black ink created to deliver an ultra-low gloss finish. Engineered for high-efficiency wet-on-wet printing, Epic Matte Black provides outstanding print quality for both manual and automatic presses. FEATURES Matte Finish Excellent flash properties Build-up resistant for high productivity printing. PRINTING TIPS Wilflex inks have been carefully designed to perform within a given viscosity range. Any alteration of viscosity should be minimized. Stir plastisols before printing. For one-hit high coverage / opacity through coarse meshes, use a coating procedure that builds a thick, even stencil to ensure a good column height of ink.  For cold-peel transfers, use a coated release paper.
