Boy Fishing Pendulum Clock Pattern

Working pendulum mechanism on this project.  His little dog is following along, mesmerizing onlookers as it ticks to and fro.  You're making your own clock face here so a hands-only clock insert is required (widely available).  Clock is 11" high.
