Ultra-D Complex™ contains 2000 IU of vitamin D per serving, and Ultra-D 5000™ provides 5000 IU of vitamin D per serving (both in a pleasant orange flavor without a fishy taste). They are also an excellent source of vitamin B6 and biotin.
