Suds in the Sea is an all-coconut oil bar.   It will be a very hard bar with lots of lather. It is also the only one that lathers the in-ocean water- perfect to bring on the boat.  This is also for fisherman, campers and kayakers.  But you do not need a boat or the ocean to enjoy this soap.  No essential oils have been added to this bar.
