10k Gold Turquoise Sphere + Rod Watch Fob Pendant. Victorian *TINY*

For sale is a small 10k yellow gold turquoise watch fob pendant with an engraved gold ball and rod design.  This tiny pendant is antique from an estate, and was crafted during the Victorian era.  The pendant is many-sided like a three dimensional lantern or geometric sphere, with lovely carved designs on all sides.  Each facet of the ball has a small round turquoise gemstone channel set in the center.  The turquoise gems are mostly robins egg blue, but one of the central gems is forest green.  This provides a nice contrast between the front and the back of the fob.  The sphere is pierced by a tubular gold rod that runs east-west through the center of the sphere.  The most interesting and attractive feature of this pendant (to my mind) is its architectural, geometric shape and the fact that it is 3-dimensional. The pendant has an attached bail to accommodate your chain.
